Evangelical Lutheran church in Kirkkonummi

Welcome to Kirkkonummi Evangelical Lutheran Church. At Kirkkonummi there are two Evangelical Lutheran Parishes: the Finnish-language parish Kirkkonummen suomalainen seurakunta and the Swedish-language parish Kyrkslätts svenska församling. Most of services and activities are in Finnish or Swedish, but we also have English speaking staff, volunteers and activities.

International Ellen starts in September

Parish meeting place called Ellen is situated at the Kirsikka Shopping Centre. In September stars International Ellen which is open door activity for families and single adults.

If you have just moved to Kirkkonummi, or perhaps lived here for years, you are very welcome to the International Ellen! We meet once a month. At Ellen you can meet new people, have a little snack and ask for more information about parish or Kirkkonummi. At 6pm we will have a little prayer.

Worship and Ceremonies

The Sunday Holy Mass is usually:

St Michael’s Church Kirkkonummi at 10 am (Finnish) and 12 noon (Swedish)

Veikkola Parish Home/Haapajärvi Church at 12 noon (Finnish)

Masala Church (approx. twice a month) at 5 pm (Finnish)

Church Ceremonies:

Do you wish to have yourself or your child baptised? Do you want to join a confirmation class? Are you planning a wedding? Have you lost a loved one and need to arrange funeral service? Do you wish your new home to be blessed?

Whatever problems you may experience, church is there to support you. All consultations with a pastor or diaconal worker are strictly confidential and free of charge.
